Andrey Kudryavtsev has been appointed as Acting Director General of Dalur CJSC

On Mar 18 2008 the Board of Director of Dalur CJSC appointed the deputy chief engineer for mining of the Chief Engineer Service of Atomredmetzoloto (Uranium Holding ARMZ) Andrey Kudryavtsev as Acting Director General of Dalur CJSC (Kurgan region, the village of Uksyanskoye). On Mar 21 the chairman of the Board of Directors of Dalur, the deputy director general of Uranium Holding ARMZ Vladimir Servetnik introduced the new manager to the company’s staff.

Andrey Kudryavtsev was born in Krasnoyarsk on Mar 5 1962. In 1985 he graduated from “Technology and Complex Mechanization of Underground Mining” Department of M.Kalinin Non-Ferrous Metal Institute. After graduation he was overman, chief engineer at Lysogorskaya mine of Artyomovsk deposit (Yeniseyzoloto company). In 1994–2002 he was overman, manager at Construction and Installation Department #102. In 2003–2007 he was deputy director general for capital construction of Mining Chemical Combine (Zheleznogorsk, Kranosyarsk region). In 2007 he was transferred to Uranium Holding ARMZ.

Dalur CJSC is subsidiary of TVEL, big Russian producer of fuel for nuclear power plants. 98% of the company’s shares are managed by Atomredmetzoloto OJSC.

Atomredmetzoloto OJSC (Uranium Holding ARMZ) manages all Russian uranium mining companies and is implementing a number of projects in Kazakhstan. 100% of ARMZ belongs to Atomenergoprom OJSC, which is part of Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation.
