Atom Innovation Center continues preparing a collection of articles by participants in the 3rd Rosatom Innovative Forum
Atom Innovation Center is going to publish a collection of articles by participants in the 3rd Rosatom Innovative Forum.
The key topics of the articles are the new imagine of the fuel-energy complex, Rosatom for Russian Railways, Rosatom’s technologies for aviation and space industries, small and regional power engineering, innovative infrastructure, electronics and electric equipment, resolution of ecological problems, high-tech medical equipment, etc..
Articles will be published in the form of a book and a CD-ROM, which will also contain articles in English. The collection will be also placed on www.runtech.ru.
Application deadline is Apr 15 2008. Articles should be sent to inforum@runtech.ru.
The participation is free of charge.
The organizers of the 3rd Rosatom Innovative Forum are Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation, TsNIIATOMINFORM FSUE and Atom Innovation Center.
The objective of the forum is to discuss ways to form complex innovative projects and to secure funds for them.
The forum is to take place at President Hotel (Moscow, 24 B.Yakimanka Street, Moscow) on June 9 2008 and will consist of complex exhibition of innovative projects, a conference, roundtables, thematic meetings, business meetings and awarding ceremony.
The organizing committee of the forum is inviting designers and producers of innovative technologies, services and solutions to present projects on the following subjects:
• water treatment
• reinforcement of materials
• industrial testing
• laser, plasma and accelerator technologies
• super-conductors
• nano-technologies
• ecology
• power engineering and power saving
• different
The submitted projects will be examined by an independent jury consisting of experts from Atom Innovation Center. The best solutions will be recommended for implementation in the framework of the business incubator of high technologies of the nuclear industry (start-up companies are provided with office, internet, legal, accounting and consultative services free of charge).
The winners will be granted 750,000 RUR for developing business plan or improving their technologies.
The program of the forum also a contest of research works by students and young specialists of the nuclear power industry. The winners of the contest will get rewards and gifts and will be offered employment opportunities at nuclear companies.
