All provisions of the collective agreement 2007 of Balakovo NPP have been fulfilled

All provisions of the collective agreement between the staff and the administration of Balakovo NPP have been fulfilled, Director of Balakovo NPP Viktor Ignatov and Chairman of the plant’s Trade Union Pyotr Sorokin said while summing up the results of the fulfillment of the collective agreement in 2007.

The participants in the meeting pointed out that the personnel of Balakovo NPP had all capacities for efficient and socially and financially guaranteed work. And this will help the administration to achieve the key goals of the collective agreement: safe, stable and efficiency performance of Balakovo NPP and compliance with electricity production plan. In 2007 Balakovo NPP generated 29.963bln KWh – 102.3% of the plan. The preparedness factor was the highest among the Russian NPPs. The plant paid 980.15mln RUR in taxes and carried out all planned social projects, including raise in the wages.

The collective agreement 2008 is based on the collective agreement 2007. The agreement was signed by the director of the plant, on behalf of employer, and the chairman of the trade union, on behalf of the employees.
