Smolensk NPP is preparing for the World Day for Safety and Health at Work

The director of Smolensk Nuclear Power Plant Andrey Petrov has been grated the Certificate of Honor of Rosenergoatom Concern for success in raising the efficiency of the labor protection system and enhance safety culture in 2007.

Safe production and labor protection have always been and are the key priorities of Rosenergoatom Concern and its subsidiaries.

Smolensk NPP has worked out a whole complex of measures to prevent on-site injuries, to improve its labor conditions, to protect the health of its personnel and to ensure high safety culture. Compliance with the labor protection rules is a norm for each employee of the plant. Smolensk NPP is reputed as one of the best in labor protection in Rosenergoatom Concern and Smolensk region.
