Quality management system of OKBM is effective

TÜV CERT experts have audited the Quality Management System of OKBM

On Mar 17–19 2008 a group of experts of TÜV CERT (Germany) audited the quality management system of OKBM (Experimental Design Bureau of Machine Building).

As a result of the inspection the experts found out that:

• the quality management system of OKBM complies with DUN EN ISO 9001:2000;
• the monitoring and analysis of the system are carried out in line with the process maps;
• the system is being constantly improved;
• the analysis of the system is full and objective;
• the personnel operating the system is competent;
• the improvements made since the previous audit have given positive results;
• OKBM complies with the terms of TÜV CERT certificate;
• no single consumer has complained of the system.

As a result, TUV CERT decided to confirm its certificate TÜV CERT TÜV Thüringen e. V., issued in Apr 2007.
