Young activists of Trade Union of VNIIEF conduct seminar “School of Young Leader”

On May 16–18 the young activists of the Trade Union of VNIIEF conducted the first seminar “School of Young Leader”

The organizers of the seminar are the Trade Union and the Youth Committee.

The objective of the seminar was to develop leadership skills by means of theoretical and practical training.

Six candidates took part in the final of the “Best Young Trade Union Leader of the Year” contest. Oksana Lakeyeva was the 1st, Yevgeny Mikheyev – the second and Yelena Sudovskaya – the third.

The participants in the seminar met with the deputy head of the Sarov administration V.Zorya, the deputy director for personnel and social issues of VNIIEF N.Gusev, the deputy director of VNIIEF, the secretary of the political council of the local office of United Russia party P.Shulzhenko and the assistant director, the member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation D.Sladkov.

Representatives of VNIIEF, the Youth and Sports Department of the Sarov Administration, OKBM, NIIIS (Nizhniy Novgorod) and Start PA (Zarechny) attended the seminar.
